Delete account
You can permanently delete your BiteFresh account at any time – directly in the app or from here.
Recommended Delete in the app
Open BiteFresh and go to Profile → Data → Delete account. After you confirm, your account is deleted immediately and irreversibly – no waiting or email confirmation is required.
Delete without the app
No longer have the app installed or cannot access your account? Email us – we will delete your account manually after verifying your identity.
What happens when you delete your account
Your account, stock, recipes, shopping lists and feedback history are deleted. If you are the only member of a household, its data is also removed. If you share a household or list with others, administration automatically transfers to another member – their data is retained.
